    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding any delivery charges.

    You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

    We are dedicated to provide the highest level of service to our customers. 

    Please note that all the below information excludes weekends and public holidays. 

    We promise to dispatch your order within 1 working days from our warehouse, if your order has not been dispatched within 2 working days we will refund you any delivery fee's that you may have paid or alternatively if your order is over £100 we will give you 5% off your future order.

    Delivery times can vary depending on the courier we use please allow up to 3 working days before contacting us from date of dispatch but typical dispatch is same day before 12pm and delivery is made within 24 hours as standard.

    Small items up to 960g in weight are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded which will be insured up to £36 and require a signature upon delivery, otherwise a calling-card will be left in which you can then collect your products from the local post office depot or re-arrange a more convenient delivery day.

    Large items will be sent via Interlink Express which will provide 24/7 real-time tracking and have a dedicated customer care team in which we work closely with to resolve any issues. Signature will be required upon delivery otherwise a calling-card will be left in which you will need to re-arrange a delivery.

    If you fail to respond to a calling card and your products are returned re-payment of delivery will be required.

    It is important to check your products prior to signing for the goods received ,if you notice any damages you must sign "damaged" this will allow us to place a claim with the courier and get your goods replaced. If you have signed and then later notice the goods are damaged we may be unable to replace products.

    If any of your ordered products are not currently in stock, we guarantee to notify you within 2 working days of placing your order. You will then be given the choice to:

    1. order an alternative product
    2. cancel the out of stock product from your order
    3. receive the rest of your order now and let us send the out of stock product to you as soon as it is back in stock, with free shipping.
